Wah, kalo yang dimaksud update server lewat Cpanel bukan penyelesaian tepat.
Kalo update CPanel aja, mungkin lumayan tapi kalo update server keseluruhan saya sarananin lewat SSH, lebih bisa dikontrol dan banyak yang bisa dilakukan.
Sebagai contoh restart aplikasi dari CPanel aja sering kali kurang clean, lebih bagus dari SSH langsung, tool2 yang ada di Cpanel hanya untuk membantu bukan sebagai penyelesaian.
