Ketika restart Apache web service keluar error

Apache restart failed. Unable to load pid from pid file and no httpd process found in process list.

If apache restart reported success but it failed soon after, it may be caused by oddities with mod_ssl.

You should run /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ssl_crt_status as part of your troubleshooting process. Pass it --help for more details.

pertanyaannya saya , kenapa bisa demikian (apa yang salah saya lakukan)
dan bagaimana cara menormalkannya kembali?

bagaimana mengkases httpd.conf? melalui WHM VPS yang saya gunakan?

untuk mengedit httpd.conf bisa ke /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf via ssh

masuk ke ssh pakai apa ya bro? saya hanya bisa masuk ke WHM nya saja

Ya, kalau sudah login SSH via putty.
Untuk ngedit file bisa pake nano atau pico, misalnya
root[~]# nano /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
kemudian setelah diedit save changes aja.

its normal mas , itu hanya ga keupdate di whm .
kenapa show error seperti itu , karena saat prosesi restarting apache dr whm too long response dr apache saat restart , sebenarnya itu sudah restart cm pid process status yg to long ke update di whm .

hal itu disebabkan biasa karena load server yg terlalu tinggi, iowait vps mas yg terlalu besar , slow disk server , atau banyaknya account di entry httpd yg buat process restart menjadi lama .

bisa di fixed dengan memakai old httpd di sbin memakai versi lama keluaran 11.2 dr cpanel itu ga akan show seperti yg baru skrng
