Website Hosting di Whplus tidak bisa dibuka

Mohon bantuannya para sesepuh di sini.

Saya mempunyai website di hosting whplus.com, dan masalah ini terjadi dari lusa kemarin, dimana webiste saya tidak bisa dibuka oleh browser apapun dan dari beberaoa isp.

Secara network tidak msalah, namun ketika membuka homepage terjadi maslaah, kadang bisa dibuka kadang tidak. Seringnya tidak.

Keluar tampilan:

Yang sudah saya lakukan.

Cek dari ISP lain. speedy, firstmedia, ntt hasilnya sama, kadang bisa dibuka, kadang tidak.
Saat down, saya buka website whplus.com juga tidak bisa dibuka
IP website saya: 103.247.103.217
Sudah clear cache, history pada browser masih sama
Ganti DNS sudah, namun masih sama.

Mohon bantuannya, apakah bisa dicek dari sisi sesepuh.

barusan dari tempat saya (speedy) bisa diakses normal, apakah sudah konfirm ke pihak whplusnya ?

Terima kasih atas tanggapannya, namun hanya halaman home page saja yang tidak bisa dibuka..akses ke cpanel tidak bisa dibuka

namun jika memakai port 2083 bisa.

1. coba kontak ke ybs
2. coba di traceroute aja, biar tau yg bermasalah koneksi server atau koneksi internetnya

Memang aksesnya kadang bisa kadang tidak..untuk internet tidak ada masalah, sy ping dan trace juga smpai.. :(

saya kontak pihak whplusnya tidak ada respon lagi.. :(
