saya mau tanya
ini whmcs nya saya update ke 5.3.10 namun timbul masalah
malah setiap ada ticket baru atau reply ticket
selalu muncul
ticket 11 dengan subject #508016 - Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
isinya error send email dari mailer daemon

itukenapa ya
mohon bantuannya

kalau dari maksudnya kan itu email dibalikin lagi ke pengirim .. coba dicek lagi mungkin setup emailnya .. atau dilihat dulu isi emailnya seperti apa.

sebelum2ya gak ada mas di dari 5.2 sampai 5.3.9 ga nemu begini masalahnya
setup email departement biasa biasa saja, gak ada pakai import pop3 itu saya kosong kan
seperti di ss ini

kalau saya biasanya ceklis ticketnya lalu klik Block Sender & Delete biar sih mailer daemon ngga open ticket lagi :D
