Bagaimana caea setup support ticket di WHMCS ?

    tolong bikinin langkah langkah buat setup support depatremen dan support ticket di WHMCS,,, soalnya di wiki whmcs aku gak ngerti walau pun pakai google translate...

    saya gak ngeti, disuruh forwader pakai pipe ??? wah gak ngerti deh saya...

    pipe itu untuk penjadwalan impor otomatis dari akun email ditarik ke WHCMS, jadi kalau ada orang kirim email misalnya ke support@domain.com maka otomatis bisa masuk ke WHCMS. ada tuh keterangan di WIKInya

    saat aku akses menu support ticket di admin area

    Nah mungkin itu mas lagi login whmcs dengan root Adminsitrator nya.
    Coba deh login dengan username departement yang bersangkutan (misal: support) yang udah tadi create sebelumnya dari Admin utama whmcs.

    Ini utk masing-masing departement biasanya tidak bisa melihat ticket yang masuk terkirim ke dept lainnya tersebut.
    misal support tidak akan bisa melihat ticket yg masuk ke billing. Dsb.

    Barangkali sedikit info ini bisa membantu.. :)
