saya pas change password manual dari whm dapat pesan error ini
Could not connect to PostgreSQL server: “localhost”: “DBI connect('dbname=template1','postgres',...) failed: Couldn't connect to /tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432: Connection refused”

soalnya gak pengalaman dengan postgre udah googling belum dapat yang pas
