saya mau ganti primary domain dengan yang saya daftarkan Tuan, ketika mau saya ganti ternyata ga bisa/ error.
udah 24 jam setelah tiket dikirim saya bingung harus ngapain setelah dibales tiket kaya gini isinya.

I understand you would like to change the primary domain for your account. It is possible for us to do this for you; however there are a few things of which you may be unaware.

The primary domain is used by cPanel as a way to identify each subsequent domain added to your hosting account. This means that if you change the primary domain, you will also need to change the configuration of the other domains whose identity is based on their relationship to the primary. Since many sites have "hard-coded" their identity into their scripts, you will need to make certain that all links and paths in your other domains are updated correctly.

It is not necessary to have a domain which resolves in order to maintain your cPanel account. In fact many of our users have primary domains that have been dormant for years. You can always access your account through the server address or through any of the other domains configured on the account.

I could see that you have added the domain ‘unpentium.com’ as an Add-on domain on your account. If you wish to use this domain as your Primary domain name, please remove this domain name from your account as we are unable to change the Add-on domain as a primary domain.

In order to cancel the Add-on domain, please follow the steps given bellow:

1. Login to your cPanel and click Add-on Domains.
2. At the bottom, under Actions, click Remove.
Removing the add-on domain only removes the domain from the DNS and server configuration. Your files and databases are not deleted or affected by removing the add-on domain. Once you remove the Add-on domain, please get back to us.

baru mereka ganti domain itu ke domain utama
soalnya memang gak bs edit domain utama jika addon nya msh ada, DNS nya bntrok
