[HELP] Yum Error

Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=i386&repo=os error was
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (-3, 'Temporary failure in name resolution')>
Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: base

kenapa bisa begitu ya ?

saya baru beli ini vps nya, server canada . pas login ke ssh pengen install apache malah muncul kaya gitu :(
ayo dong temen2 di bantu

[root@xxx ~]# uname -a
Linux xxx.xxx.com 2.6.18-274.7.1.el5.028stab095.1 #1 SMP Mon Oct 24 20:49:24 MSD 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

info : vps saya Openvz, CentOS release 5.7 (Final)

habis kaya gitu, gimana om ? :(

itu kan harusnya udah.. :D

yum clean all (tanda ; artinya line baru) yum update -y

yum updatenya jalan ga? klo jalan harusnya udah ga ada masalah lagi..

resolv.conf udh bener koq itu, tadi saya cm nanya karena ada error 'Temporary failure in name resolution'.

Itu RAM/Memory nya berapa MB/GB ? klo memorynya kecil ya sudah pasti error yum nya

tetep aja om gak bisa. itu name server 8.8.8.8 emang udah dari sana nya, gak di edit

biasanya apache sudah terinstall di template centos openvz, jadi gak perlu yum lagi, coba aja buka ip vps nya di web browser, jika muncul halaman apache ya berarti sudah terinstall
