To enable this functionality you must do one of the following: Register this addon with the /usr/local/cpanel/bin/register_appconfig script (http://go.cpanel.net/appconfig), Enable the "Allow apps that have not registered with AppConfig to be run when logged in as root or a reseller with the "all" ACL in WHM" option in "Tweak Settings", or add permit_unregistered_apps_as_root=1 to the /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file, and run the /usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/startcpsrvd script.

kalau dari WHM via Tweak Settings:
Enable kan opsi "Allow apps that have not registered with AppConfig to be run when logged in as root or a reseller with the "all" ACL

kalau dari SSH putty,
bisa coba edit saja file-nya ini ( /var/cpanel/cpanel.config ).
dari root SSH nya buka dulu folder tsb
# cd /var/cpanel/
kemudian edit file cpanel.config
# nano cpanel.config
kemudian cari command line yg ada : permit_unregistered_apps_as_root=1 ( jika = 0, rubah jadi =1 )
atau jika belum ada line tsb, add/ tambahkan saja itu.
keluar dari nano & Save.
kemudian jalankan script ini:
/usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/startcpsrvd
