    Halo teman2 semua,
    Gimana cara setting admin WHMCS agar setiap kali customer submit ticket bisa masuk ke email juga sehingga support bisa login ke admin dan jawab secepatnya.

    Kalau sudah ada Departmentnya, coba masuk ke Setup - Support Ticket Departments - masukin alamat emailnya.
    Lalu pakai email forwarder untuk email tadi ke masing-masing email pribadi, jadi begitu ada Ticket masuk, langsung autoforward ke masing-masing individu :)

    Saya sudah buat, cuma ketika kita coba submit ticket, ke adminnya masuk cuma ke email support gak masuk sehingga support gak tau kalau klien ada submit ticket. Gimana itu bos ??

    pake email piping brad, tutornya http://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Piping bisa pake cron bisa forwader, tapi hati2 dengan spam... tapi klo ini dari email langsung jadi ticket....CwIw

    kak, di WHMCS ku kalo order client udah aktif kok gak di kasih pemberitahuan via email ya? Padahal pesan welcome & order confirm udah terkirim, tp email pemberitahuan kalo order mereka udah aktif gak ada, tolong dibantu ya..
