Hal tersebut biasanya ada plugin conflict. cek file error_log , nanti ada keterangan plugin atau theme yg error.

Cukup rename folder plugin nya dengan nama lain , web akan normal kembali

okey tuan makasih. dan untuk error "URL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds" pesan error tersebut muncuk saat instal themes.
cara ngatasi gimana ya tuan ?

kalo di dalamnya ada default theme, delete folder themesnya yg error tersebut, akan otomatis switch ke default themes twenty twentyone . Kalo cm 1 ya upload dulu theme defaultnya

coba rename folder theme dan plugin, biasanya ada theme atau plugin yang bermasalah.
