1. menurutku coba cek dulu MX nya pakai aja intodns.com, coz takutnya ntar double record misalnya MX disetting Google Apps bisa kirim dari akun email di hosting tapi ngga bisa terima karena salah sasaran.

2. trus kalau ada opsional webmail misalnya squirrelmail, roundcube dicoba satu2 tempatku sempat kejadian webmail clean bermasalah seperti ini.

3. Kalau masalah akses internet tidak jadi masalah karena bukanya pakai webmail
4. coba TS minta admin hosting coba di akun client lainnya apa bermasalah juga.

sy sdh cek di intodns, ada beberapa pesan yg memiliki tanda seru, mohon petunjuk

disni bos masalahnya, setting NSnya kurang GLUE artinya itu di dns manage hosting harus ada A record yang di pointing ke IP NS

dan implikasi GLUE hasilnya IP server anda ngga terbaca di jelaskan pada error ini

kalo menurut saya sih, kendala di email yang harus diperhatikan adalah setup MX record memang diarahkan ke mail servernya apabila itu sudah ok kendalanya ada disisi mail server tersebut. tapi tidak ada salahnya untuk memaksimalkan setup dns seperti yang di rekomendasikan oleh intodns.

untuk setup dns record khususnya apabila mengacu ke intodns, A record untuk www bisa di set oleh owner dengan cara update template dns zone. disisi cpanel apabila fitur Advanced DNS Zone Editor ada, bisa diupdate dari sana. ubah record www menjadi A record dengan value ip shared server yang digunakan.

itu ns1.mceh.net & ns2.mceh.net milik siapa? milik anda bos atau pihak provider
kalau milik anda buat aja record di dns management

ns1 A IP_ADDRESS == harus sama dengan Chiild IP NS
ns2 A IP_ADDRESS == harus sama dengan Child IP NS

kalau milik provider, coba kontak dan sampaikan kalau NSnya kurang ada GLUEnya

kalau ini sudah bener, record lainnya termasuk MX akan jadi bener juga.

iya selain MX records yang harus diperhatikan/diperbaiki,
boleh juga dipilih yg setting local mail exchanger (kan ada juga tuh yg auto exchanger).
