(ASK) Postingan di knowledgebase tidak bisa terbaca, kenapa ya ?

Salam sejahtera untuk semua member DWH,

Newbie mau tanya ini kenapa ya kok pas kita buka postingan di knowledgebase whmcs tidak terbaca atau 404 not found ?

Search Engine Friendly URLS
Search Engine Friendly URLs are where a URL which once was "/knowledgebase.php?action=view&id=1" becomes "/knowledgebase/1/How_do_I_access_my_control_panel.html". You can enable these for the announcements, downloads and knowledgebase sections of the WHMCS client area.

  1. To enable SEF URLs, first check and ensure you have mod_rewrite installed on your server
  2. Next go to Setup > General Settings > Support and tick the box for "KB SEO Friendly URLs"
  3. Finally, you must also rename the file named htaccess.txt to .htaccess in your root WHMCS directory

URLS Yang Mudah Dikenali Mesin Pecari

URLS Yang Mudah Dikenali Mesin Pecari adalah ulr dimana sebelumnya "/knowledgebase.php?action=view&id=1" berubah menjadi "/knowledgebase/1/How_do_I_access_my_control_panel.html"
Anda dapat menggunakanya pada halaman Pengumuman, Download, Dan Knowledgebase pada WHMCS Client area.
  1. Untuk mengaktifkan SEF URLs, Pastikan bahwa mod_rewrite terinstall pada webserver Anda
  2. Lalu masuk menu Setup > General Settings > Support dan contreng "KB SEO Friendly URLs"
  3. Terakhir, Anda harus merubah nama file htaccess.txt menjadi .htaccessyou di folder root installasi whmcs Anda.
