server whm tidak bisa di akses

Pak Ada yang tau tidak cara atasi server whm tidak bisa di akses,
saya tadi habis reboot vps nah pas sayamau login server tidak bisa, firewall juga sudah aktif
sudah nunggu juga sampek3 jam tidak bisa bisa, tolong bantuan nya om

itu pakai cloudflare ya. semisal langsung gak pake cloudflare muncul error apa?.

pake cloudflare boleh. tapi baiknya jangan proxied . klik tombol awannya

Sebelum reboot masih bisa diakses yah? Coba diakses pakai IPnya, kalau bisa, coba matikan proxy-nya di cloudflare (di-bypass). Kalau diakses via IPnya juga ngga' bisa, mungkin servernya masih stuck diproses boot. Kalau beneran stuck, bisa cek via VNC di control panel VPS (control panel untuk control VPS, bukan WHM) di provider VPSnya.

iya cek console VPS nya aja pak.. nanti ketahuan sih.. atau coba ssh VPS jg.. service cpanel pastikan running
