    Ada yang pernah seting email piping di whmcs? jadi ketika ada klien yang kirim ke support@ domain.com akan membuka tiket ke bagian support?

    Sudah nyoba ngetest sesuai tutorial di web whmcsnya tapi masih belum lancar jaya.

    simplenya, setting support department dan account emailnya trus pasang cronnya.

    atau bisa juga pake email forwarder om, masuk ke cPanel di forward aja email supportnya ke | php -q /home/{user}/{whmcsdir}/pipe/pipe.php
    saat bikin email forwarders pilih advanced option -> pipe to a program

    saya pakai email piping untuk semua Department Ticket,
    pastikan email forward sudah di piping ke
    dan file pipe.php di ganti permissionnya ke 755
    alamat email di Department nya juga harus sesuai dengan email yg mau di forward

    menurut saya di sini sudah lengkap semua
