    Malem teman, saya mau tanya speed IO SSD standard yang di RAID 1 berapa ya? saya abis test dapat hasil berikut kira2 wajar tidak ya?
    Mengenai latency katanya local SSD bisa 0,3ms klo gak salah. Sedangkan saya sebelumnya bisa sampe 2ms naik turun.
    Anjurannya dibawah 1ms sih. Apa perlu replace? tolong pencerahannya.

    Katanya ssd single speed 500an ya. Klo RAID 10 bukanya harusnya bisa 1Gbps?
    sory, Apa 400an gak kaya HDD biasa ya?

    ada patokan gak sih ssd paling jelek speed dan iops berapa?
    sebelumnya kan test di serverbear, yang dijadikan patokan perhitungan tu iops seek, iops di I/O ping atau iops dimana ya?
    Terus kenapa iops seek saya lihat jadi patokan saat akan di kompare yah?di serverbear

    Intel itu chip nya atau merk nya hehe, saya liat pas install ada tulisan intel di ssd nya sih. wkwkwk

    Raid 10 hdd biasa paling 180 - 250 untuk test dengan opsi conv=fdatasync(real)

    Kalau tanpa fdatasync itu bisa GB, (masih buffer ini)

    sip... Bukan otomatis di kali dua ya? misalkan kalo gak salah HD biasa single bisa sampe 200Mbps (tergantung merk).
    Nah klo RAID10 langsung kali 2 jadi 400mbps gitu ya? tetep ada degradasi ya?
    Sebenarnya SSD paling rendah itu standardnya berapa mas?
    saya test itu kok ping IO kayanya tinggi. Diatas beberapa test sering diatas 1ms. Padahal local tidak pake central storage.
    Kira2 wajar gak? saya gak tau kerja ping IO itu seperti apa soalnya.
    apa memang perlu test beberapa kali? status server masih baru dan masih test2 aja. belum di apa2in.

    Hal-hal yang mempengaruhi kecepatan penulisan ke HDD/SSD yang saya tahu:
    • Merek, tipe, dan kapasitas. Sama-sama SSD intel, tipe 520 dan 530 aja beda. Samsung pro lebih kenceng dari Samsung Evo. Dan kapasitas lebih besar biasanya lebih kenceng.
    • Spek mesin. Saya coba pasang barang yang sama raid 10 di E3-1230 V3 RAM 32GB dan 2 x X5670 RAM 128GB beda kecepatan tulisnya.
    • Konfigurasi RAID. Mislanya RAID 10 harusnya lebih cepet dari RAID 1. Hardware RAID sama software RAID juga bisa beda. Mode RAID Write back dan write through juga bisa memberikan hasil beda.
    • SATA/SAS Port. 6Gbps tentu lebih cepet dari 3Gbps.
    • Berapa banyak yg lagi nulis di waktu bersamaan. Kalau masih fresh belum ada isinya tentu lebih cepet. Kalau sudah mulai banyak isinya dan pada nulis semua, bisa terbagi.

    Sya mo tanya sekalian, klo mo upgrade kapasitas di raid 1 atau 10 itu tinggal ganti salah satu harddisk lalu tunggu sinkronisasi terus klo sudah di replikasi baru yang satunya kembali di upgrade. Gitu bisa gak?

    saya pikir karena sistemnya replikasi bisa langsung ganti kaya pas harddisk rusak misalnnya.
    Kalau raid 1 dan 10 klo salah satu rusak bisa langsung ganti tanpa partisi kan teman?
