[ASK] Internal server error (premature end of script header)

sukses buat semua...

saya baru upload script di vps, (centos6.2,cpanel,php5.3.10,suPHP,suexec). mo saya jalanin
kenapa tejadi 500 intrnal server eror?
di apche eror log keteranganya "premature end of script header"

mohon bantuanya para mastar untuk mengatasiny..

500 internal errornya selalu muncul terus apa kadang muncul kadang tidak?
 
muncul terus pak...

log eror nya:

/usr/bin/php : relocation error /usr/bin/php: symbol zlibversion, version libmysqlclient_16 not defined in file libmysqlclient.so.16 with link time reference
premature end of script header: index.php

masuk easy apache , dan ketika setup apache di bagian php config ceklist module untuk aktifkan PDO module dan MySQLi module nya lalu build apachenya kembali

kemarin sdh install PDO pada centos 6 di whm eror installation, apa saya balikin aja ke centos 5 aja ya pak?.
