Saya pakai contabo SG, memang sangat terjangkau namun dari yg saya alami sering terjadi latensinya sangat tinggi bisa > 200ml berdasarkan win MTR sesuai permintaan mereka. Saya coba kirim tiket kalau masalahnya di jaringan mereka tapi jawabanya :-D
I have reviewed your case, and from my side I can't see anything wrong. VPS are running in a shared environment, where peak times could cause some latency until the load/VPS migrations are done.
If you are very sensitive to any spikes in latency, I can recommend going for or considering a VDS, where the CPU, RAM, network, and disk are reserved just for you and there is no shared environment.
The second option is to migrate you to another datacenter if it will be better for you.
