mau nanya nih kenapa selalu muncul CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host pas mau coba konek dr whmcs ke logicbox order domain :confused: setingan sudah bener, api spesifikasi untuk ip address sudah dimasukin apa ada yg perlu disetting lagi yaa?

aku install whmcsnya dari Softaculous version 4.5.2 itu yg versi terbaru ya? kalau untuk modul terbaru bisa download dari mana ya?

Coba cek hal-hal berikut:
1. Port yang digunakan oleh logicbox untuk menerima koneksi menggunakan port berapa
2. Apakah port yang ada di nomor (1) diblok oleh firewall server anda?

tp kalau dilihat di doc whmcs

CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host

This error message indicates that you haven't yet allowed your servers IP to access your ResellerClub account via the API. You have to do this in the Settings > API section of the LogicBoxes control panel before you can use the integration.

The IP you need to authorize is typically the main shared IP of the server, usually most easily found from the IP your WHMCS license is assigned to, but if you're unsure or neither of those IPs work, then ResellerClub can assist and advise you of the IP they see your connection tests as coming from via a support ticket.

waah ga resolp2 ni problem bisa2 manual donk daftarin domainnya :D

merefer ke informasi diatas, sesuai error saja .. apabila sudah yakin dengan mendaftarkan ip server (whmcs berada) di panel registrar dan tidak memberikan solusi, silakan kontak registrar saja http://www.resellerclub.com/live-support

Aku juga ngalami, permasalahannya di seting IP di API.
Solusinya mudah : masukin semua IP yang di pakai, kalau makai beberapa IP
Contoh dari punyaku :
111.68.116.195 >> ns server yg dishared
111.68.116.198 >> IP web utama (jr-webhost.net)
111.68.116.199 >> IP billing (client.jr-webhost.net)
