Menangani Spam di Website Joomla

Dear All,

Saya ada masalah dengan website joomla yang selalu mengirimkan email yang tidak jelas ke account domain gmail.com.

Kondisi di domain tersebut tidak terdapat email account, dan hanya ada email bawaan yang dibuat oleh directadmin.

Apakah ada cara mencegah hal tersebut, misalnya untuk domain yang bermasalah tersebut, di nonaktifkan untuk fasilitas kirim email.

Note : Diserver menggunakan Directadmin (CentOS)

hallo, kita tiap hari dapat ratusan email serupa anda diatas hanya saja email otomatis diblokir oleh RBL list diantaranya

SPAMHAUS - sbl.spamhaus.org
NJABL - dnsbl.njabl.org
CBL - cbl.abuseat.org
DSBL - list.dsbl.org
SpamCannibal - bl.spamcannibal.org
SORBS - rhsbl.sorbs.net

dan agar gampang proses aktivasinya silahkan gunakan plugin Exim Editor

Tapi disini saya ada error sedikit ketika masuk ke control panel > exim editor > ClamAV/Spamassasin > Terdapat pesang error.

Saya coba lihat file sa_.cfg filenya tidak ada,
mohon pencerahannya om,

coba bikin aja filenya manual atau coba reinstall, biasanya sih langsung lancar.
