kalo ga salah by default sudah ter-install modsec vendor nya.
tinggal di enable/ON saja pak. harusnya bisa done via GUI.

ternyata di cloudlinux 8 tidak support mod security 3, karena reponya tidak ada.
akhirnya kembali ke mod security 2

yang saya cari sebenarnya untuk menampilkan ini di cPanel user, ternyata caranya di WHM:
Feature Manager » Edit Feature List >> Centang ModSecurity™ Domain Manager
