[HELP] IP vps tidak bisa dipake log in ke putty, kenapa ya?

Thank you for your inquiry. This VPS instance appears to have encountered an unrecoverable error at boot time.

It may be possible to upload a rescue ISO and boot the instance from that, for data recovery purposes. The procedure for such an operation would be as follows:

1. Find a suitable live linux recovery ISO such as this one: http://www.finnix.org/

2. Upload this ISO file to your account via the "Custom ISO" feature on your Vultr management page.

3. Mount the ISO and restart the instance via the management page, and access the recovery via the "View Console" button.

4. Once you've confirmed that the instance has booted and is running the live recovery OS, you should be able to mount the disk that your data resides within and troubleshoot the operating system.

Sesuai info di bawah bahwasanya bs masuk via console, berarti VPSnya selesai boot

Coba gini :
Disable dlu firewallnya jika ada, untuk debug
Check beberapa log di :
tail -f /var/log/Nama-Log-yg-Mau-dicheck

Cek service misalnya :
/etc/init.d/httpd status
/etc/init.d/sshd status
dst,
Kondisinya running atau stop ?

cek IPnya lalu coba test ping ke gatewaynya :
Untuk check IPnya bs dgn :
ifconfig
Untuk check gatewaynya bisa dgn :
route -n
Lalu coba ping ke IP Gatewaynya reply ga ? jika reply coba ping ke IP luar misalnya DNS google atau diskusiwebhosting.com ada reply ga ?
Jika tdk ada yg reply lapor ke hosternya
Jika semua reply namun ping dari PC mas ke IP VPS rto,
Coba ping dari sini reply ga

http://ping.eu/ping/

tracert -d IP-VPS
Coba lihat rtonya di HOP ke berapa ?

coba lihat juga apakah disknya penuh hingga beberapa service stop (tp kecil kemungkinan karena harusnya bs diping hanya ga bs akses saja jika ini)
df -h

Sesuai petunjuk support vultr nya, OS nya sdh ngga bisa di boot Om, makanya disarankan utk recovery datanya menggunakan recovery distro live ISO.

Kl blm faham cara recovernya, sebaiknya cari layanan profesional utk recovery vps nya.

jika ada data jgn di destroy donk :D ent malah berabe hehhe
edit ssh nya via console, sehingga bs di akses kembali, dan cek webserver, php nya apakah berstatus off ..

Oh ok om, maaf saya terjebak dgn pernyataan di bawah yg mengatakan VPSnya running dan bs masuk via console, jadi asumsi saya jika seprti itu bs boot, maaf yach saya yg gagal paham :D :doh:

Berhasil masuk ke console dan kurang paham step pengecheckannya

jika sudah seperti ini artinya masalah terdapat pada system boot, misalnya kernel panic dll.
- lakukan Rescuemode/ recovery ISO
- backup data secara manual melalui SCP / SFTP , bs download di winscp.net
- setelah semua selesai di backup baik sql dan data2 website
- lakukan rebuild / reinstall OS seperti biasa
