mail server tidak bisa kirim atau terima pesan

selamat siangg,,

saya mempunya mail server menggunakan platform rouncube tetapi tidak bisa menerima dan mengirim email dari, ke luar kecuali lokal. dimana letak masalah ini ? berikut pesan kegagalan mengirim ke GMAIL.

sudah perkenalan hehe, oiya mail server tersebut semuanya sudah saya buka portnya.

rDNS -> OK
SPF -> OK

BL -> Blacklisted in several Spam BL provider.

test smtp ok, tapi koneksi ke google mail time out. ada 2 kemungkinan:

1. masalah routing di koneksi ISP nya
2. karena ter-blacklist.
