masalah saat masuk cpanel

Dear All,

calon klien kami mengalami kendala saat masuk ke cpanel dia.

contoh : domainnya.com utk masuk cpanel normalnya bisa ke domainnya.com/cpanel

namun saat masuk muncul tulisan :

apakah para master disini pernah mengalami hal seperti ini?
normal kah ? atau berbahaya ?

SSL nya belum terveryfikasi. ini biasanya karena di buat dari root si server.
