web tidak bisa diakses sebagian pengunjung

saya mendapat keluhan . dari beberapa pengnjung ( jumlah persentasenya saya tidak tahu ) . mereka komen di page FB saya . mereka bilang web susah diakses .
hal ini berlangsung sejak awal . cuma saya selalu mengira mungkin cache mereka yang masih menyimpan halaman erro web saya .

tapi setelah berjalan 12 hari complain itu tidak reda walau pun ada yang info kan beberapa bisa diases .
harii ini beberapa temen saya dan team kami ( dari 3 kota ) menyapaikan hal yang sama . walau hanya sementara
ada yang bilang ini masalah setingan DNS . ada beberapa IP atau daerah tertentu yang di blok atau susah aksesnya .

saya pakai WHM

tambahan sekarang saya malah ngak bisa akses ke web dan cpanel saya ... tapi untuk akses ke WHM nya bisa .. dan saya langsung kontak ke temen temen .. web saya masih bisa di akses. dan saya cek task progresnya jalan ( cpu dan memory berjalan ) via putty ( top -c ) . ada apa gerangan ?

kalo tidak keberatan domainnya apa supaya kami bisa ikut melakukan cek and ricek...

menurut saya itu kemungkinan krn mod_security menggunakan default configuration

atau bisa juga krn a record yg tidak di setting dengan benar

1. nah apa langkah yang saya lakukan sudah benar . trus saya sekerang tetep tdk bisa mengakses web dan cpanel
2. saya tidak meng instal csf . saya udah tanyakan ke CS jawabanya standart standart aja ( akses IP munkin bermasalah )
3. cara mengetahui tulisan erro seperti atas gimana "FAIL: The following nameservers are listed at your nameservers ....."

jgn lupa kalo pake VPS di flush aja log csf nya , kalo perlu bantuan PM saja dengan senang hati membantu

@TS : telah kami bantu betulkan krn posisi IP terbalik sehingga yg seharusnya akses utama ke ns1 menjadi ke ns2, telah kami fix dan thx for PM nya silahkan di cek kembali
