segitu harusnya sudah cepat sih
server gtmetrix di canada, sedangkan webny di indo, wajar sih koneksi awalnya agak lama

pakai plugin cache. kecilin ukuran .js, .css, file imagenya. Ukuran segitu untuk cms sudah lumayan cepet
mau lebih cepet ya pakai static html aja, tanpa image, tanpa css, tanpa database...dijamin cepet walau pakai shared hosting :)
 
Kalau mau lebih cepet lagi, pakai shared hosting yg sudah support LiteSpeed + LSCache.

kebetulan pakai plugin autoptimize, tp malah ada render blocking hasil dr optimize -___-"
