There was an error creating the LVM of the VPS

Partisi yang dimaksud disini bukan partisi hardisk.
Centos dengan instalasi default atau jika diinstall secara otomatis oleh panel dedicated: root, swap dan home.
Sedangkan yang dibutuhkan virtualizor adalah root, swap dan lvm.
Coba di tampilkan saja df -h vgdisplay dan pvdisplay biar bisa kita lihat seperti apa anu anunya.

setidaknya walau ada istilah gak mau ambil pusing, finalnya berhasil ... walau setelah install ulang tetep ada kesalahan lagi, space numpuk di partisi lv_home dan tetep menggunakan resize2fs seperti yang tuan @GPLHosting sarankan ...hehhee
